SESSIONS ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

SEPTEMBER 17, 2016: The schedule is now as "final" as it ever gets! Which means that, yes, there will probably still be changes here and there, but generally only to resolve when we’ve accidentally placed one panelist on two panels at the same time, or if a panelist has to cancel.)

Fran Skene

Fran Skene is a member of the Puppetry Renaissance Troupe and has extensive experience in scripting, producing, and performing in puppet shows. In fandom, Fran's credits include chairing/working on a number of conventions, plus she edited the local clubzine, helped to start two apazines - BCAPA and VANAPA - and produced a perzine, Love makes the world go awry, that she's now embarrassed about... She's a member of the writing group that the local club started in the 80's and is still going strong, and edited two of its anthologies, FICTONS. Two articles on women's images in science fiction were published in literary journals and two of her plays were produced by a local high school in the nineties.
